摘要
在全球范围内,医源性感染已经成为威胁患者及医护人员健康安全的一个独立危险因素,是当前医学界重点关注的重大课题。在医院科室中,检验科的工作主要是检测患者各项标本,由于检验科在检验标本时,会出现许多无法预测的事情,进而极易发生感染的情况,因此,该科室已经被列入医源性感染管理中的一个重要科室,而生物安全管理是检验科管理工作中的一个关键环节,不过,现阶段检验科生物安全管理依旧存在一系列的问题,所以,加强生物安全管理工作,降低检验科感染发生比重,是非常有必要的。基于此,本文简要分析了检验科生物安全管理存在的问题,探讨了加强生物安全管理的具体措施,旨在为降低检验科感染的现象。
Objective:Iatrogenic infection has become an independent risk factor threatening the health and safety of patients and medical staff in the global scope,and is a major topic of focus in the current medical field.In hospital departments,clinical laboratory department mainly functions to detect each specimen of patients.In the specimen test process of the clinical laboratory department,there will be many unpredictable events,which accordingly causes infection.Therefore,this department has been included in the important department for the management of iatrogenic infection,and biosafety management is a key link of clinical laboratory department management work.However,at present,there are still a series of problems in the biosafety management of the clinical laboratory department.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the biosafety management and reduce the proportion of infection in the clinical laboratory department.Based on this condition,this article briefly analyzes the problems existing in the biosafety management of the clinical laboratory department,and discusses the specific measures to strengthen the biosafety management,in order to reduce the infection in the clinical laboratory department.
