摘要
目的探讨不同口腔护理方式在极低出生体质量早产儿中的效果比较。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月永城市妇幼保健院出生的84例极低出生体质量早产儿,依照随机数表法分为观察组和常规组,每组42例。常规组采用生理盐水口腔护理,观察组给予母乳口腔护理,两组护理时间均为2个月。比较两组早产儿生长发育指标,家长满意度评分,早产儿口腔清洁度评分。结果护理前,两组早产儿生长发育指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组早产儿体重、身高较护理前均升高,且观察组早产儿体重、身高均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组家长满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组早产儿口腔清洁度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组早产儿口腔清洁度评分较护理前均升高,且观察组早产儿口腔清洁度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母乳口腔护理能够改善极低出生体质量早产儿体重及身高,提高家长满意度,提高早产儿的口腔清洁度,值得应用。
Objective To compare the effects of different oral care methods in preterm infants with very low birth weight.Methods A total of 84 preterm infants with very low birth weight in Yongcheng maternal and child health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into observation group and routine group according to the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The routine group received normal saline oral care,and the observation group received breast milk oral care,the nursing time of the two groups was 2 months.The growth and development indexes,parental satisfaction score and oral cleanliness score of preterm infants were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the growth and development indexes of preterm infants in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the weight and height of preterm infants in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the weight and height of preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of parental satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the oral cleanliness score between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the oral cleanliness score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the oral cleanliness score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast milk oral care can improve the weight and height of preterm infants with very low birth weight,improve the satisfaction of parents,and improve the oral cleanliness of premature infants.It is worthy of popularization and application.
