P3/4HB/PBS/BPO改性材料的物理性能研究

摘要 采用溶剂浇铸法制备了P3/4HB/PBS/BPO改性材料,实验研究表明过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的添加,复合材料的拉伸性能、断裂伸长率及弹性模量均有不同程度的提高,BPO含量为0.5%时材料的机械性能最优,疏水性能较好,综合性能更好。BPO的加入使复合材料的红外光谱产生了新的吸收峰,引起了PBS和P3/4HB发生交联反应。BPO的添加,提高了材料的耐热性能,降低了材料的熔点,提高了材料的加工性能,增加了材料之间的相容性和相互作用。 The P3/4HB/PBS/BPO modified material was prepared by solvent casting method.The experimental study showed that the addition of benzoyl peroxide(BPO) has different degrees of tensile properties,elongation at break and elastic modulus of the composites.When the BPO content is 0.5%,the mechanical properties of the material are the best,the hydrophobic properties are better,and the comprehensive properties are better.The addition of BPO resulted in a new absorption peak in FTIR of the composite,which caused the cross-linking reaction between PBS and P3/4HB.The addition of BPO improves the heat resistance of the material,reduces the melting point of the material,improves the processing performance of the material,and increases the compatibility and interaction between the materials.
