摘要
随着我国纺织服装行业快速发展,科学技术在行业内得到广泛应用。由于社会对纺织服装类专业人才的需求量越来越大,高校不断扩招此类专业生源,毕业生的就业压力也越来越大。文章通过对纺织服装类专业毕业生的就业能力进行分析,探讨提升纺织服装类专业毕业生就业竞争力面临的困境,并提出切实可行的措施。
With the rapid development of Chinese textile and garment industry,science and technology are widely used in the industry.Due to the increasing social demand for textile and garment professionals,colleges and universities continue to expand the enrollment of such majors,and the employment pressure of graduates is also increasing.By analyzing the employment ability of textile and garment major graduates,this paper discusses the difficulties of improving the employment competitiveness of textile and garment major graduates,and proposes practical measures.
