摘要
全面依法治国是新时代建设中国特色社会主义的重大举措,是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键一招,制约着人们的行为方式和处世态度。培养大学生对法治意识是全面依法治国的题中之意。大学生法治意识的培养关乎着大学生自身权益的维护、平安校园的建设,更是践行社会主义核心价值观和习近平法治思想的现实表现。目前,大学生对法治知识了解不足、义务意识不强、规则意识和法治权威意识不强、法治参与意识不浓,主要缘由在于法治培育格局受限、法治文化宣介不到位、法治理论学习与实践锻炼相脱节。新时期,做好大学生法治培养工作,需要用习近平法治思想指导培养工作,确保其方向性,构建以认知——信仰——习惯为内容的培养体系,确保其实效性,用社会主义法治文化涵养大学生的法治意识,确保其原则性,用广泛的法律实践活动强化大学生的法治意识,确保其生动性。
The comprehensive rule of law is a major measure to build socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is a key move to realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.It regulates people’s behavior and attitude,and the cultivation of college students’awareness of the rule of law is the meaning of the comprehensive rule of law.It is related to the maintenance of their rights and interests,the construction of safe campus,and the reality of practicing the socialist core values and Xi Jinping’s rule of law.At present,college students have insufficient knowledge of the rule of law,weak sense of obligation,low awareness of rules and authority of the rule of law,and weak awareness of participation in the rule of law.The main reasons are that the pattern of rule of law cultivation is limited,the publicity and introduction of rule of law culture is not in place,and the learning of rule of law theory is divorced from practice.In the new era,to do well in the rule of law training of college students,we need to guide the training work with Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought,ensure the direction,build a training system with cognition,belief and habits as the content,ensure the effectiveness,use the rule of law culture to protect the rule of law consciousness of college students and ensure principles,and strengthen the rule of law consciousness of college students with a wide range of legal practice activities to ensure vividness.
