高寒条件下空冷岛变频永磁直驱改造及应用

摘要 为探讨高寒条件下空冷岛变频永磁直驱系统的适用性、易维护性及节能效果,对空冷岛集群中的两台“异步电动机+减速机”驱动系统进行了变频永磁直驱改造。设备改造完成后,充分测试了变频永磁直驱系统在各个频率段的节能效果,并对永磁直驱电机进行了半年多的跟踪检测。检测结果表明:节能效果显著,基本实现免维护。为风机集群整体改造提供了参考依据并奠定了基础。 In order to explore the applicability,maintainability and energy-saving effect of variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct drive system of air-cooled island under high-cold condition,the variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct drive transformation of two "induction motor+reducer" drive systems in air-cooled island cluster were carried out.After the equipment transformation,the energy-saving effect of the system in each frequency band has been fully tested,and the tracking and testing of the permanent-magnet direct drive motor has been carried out for more than half a year.The test results show that the energy-saving effect is remarkable and maintenance free is basically realized.It provides a reference basis and lays a foundation for the overall transformation of draught fan cluster.
