摘要
党的十九大提出建设只有把教育事业放在优先发展的位置才能实现教育强国,加速教育现代化步伐,才能实现高等教育内涵式发展。教师队伍的整体素质是决定高等教育发展水平的重要因素。2018年,中央颁布了《全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》和《分类推进人才评价机制改革的指导意见》,是教师队伍建设的顶层设计纲领性文件。本文将专业教师分为两种类型:人才培养型教师和社会服务型教师。不同类型的教师采取不精通的分类评价机制。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that only by giving priority to the development of education,can we realize the educational power,accelerate the pace of educational modernization,and realize the connotative development of higher education.The overall quality of teachers is an important factor determining the development level of higher education.In 2018,the central government promulgated the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of teachers’team construction in the new era and the guiding opinions on promoting the reform of talent evaluation mechanism by classification,which are the top-level design programmatic documents for teachers’team construction.This paper divides professional teachers into two types:talent training teachers and social service teachers.Different types of teachers adopt the classification evaluation mechanism that they are not proficient in.
