失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯是一种应用广泛的表面活性剂。选取失水山梨醇(羟值1300~1400 mg KOH/g)和油酸,通过酯化反应制备失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯。考察了反应温度、催化剂种类和用量对反应体系的影响,并按照最佳工艺条件制备了失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯,通过红外光谱进行了表征。结果表明:采用山梨醇和油酸的物质的量比为1∶1.5,氢氧化钠为酯化催化剂(质量分数0.8%),反应温度为205℃的工艺条件,能够得到失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯,产品酸值<7 mg KOH/g,皂化值在140~145 mg KOH/g,羟值在210~230 mg KOH/g的理想范围内。 Sorbitol sesquioleate is a widely used surfactant.Sorbitan sesquioleate is prepared by esterification of sorbitan(with hydroxyl value of 1300~1400 mg KOH/g)and oleic acid.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst type and amount on the reaction system are investigated.The sorbitan sesquioleate is prepared according to the optimum process conditions and characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The results show that sorbitan sesquioleate can be obtained under the process conditions,the molar ratio of sorbitol to oleic acid is 1∶1.5,the esterification catalyst is sodium hydroxide and the mass ratio is 0.8%,and the reaction temperature is 205℃.The acid value of the product is less than 7 mg KOH/g,the saponification value is between 140~145 mg KOH/g and the hydroxyl value is in the ideal range of 210~230 mg KOH/g.
