摘要
对适用于制作热冲压模具的SDCM钢进行离子渗氮,检测了渗氮层的表面硬度、硬度梯度、显微组织、厚度;研究了离子渗氮的SDCM钢的高温摩擦磨损行为和磨损机制,并建立了Archard磨损模型;采用有限元方法研究了530℃×8 h离子渗氮的SDCM钢热冲压模具的磨损行为。结果表明:与未渗氮的SDCM钢热冲压模具相比,在200~300℃温度下,经离子渗氮的SDCM钢热冲压模具具有较小的摩擦因数和磨损率,即更佳的耐磨性,模具的最大磨损深度为3.2×10^(-5) mm,而不是5.9×10^(-5) mm,即模具的使用寿命可提高约2倍。
SDCM steel suitable to hot stamping die was ion nitrided.The surface hardness,hardness gradient,microstructure and thickness of the ion nitrided layer were tested.The high temperature friction-wear behavior and wear mechanism of the ion nitrided SDCM steel were investigated,and an Archard wear model was established.The wear behavior of SDCM steel hot stamping die ion nitrided at 530℃for 8 h was investigated by using a finite element method.The results showed that at temperatures of 200 to 300℃,the ion nitrided SDCM steel hot stamping die manifested less friction coefficient and wear rate,that is,better wear resistance,and maximum wear depth of 3.2×10^(-5) mm rather than of 5.9×10^(-5) mm,that is,the service life of the die will increase by about 2 times,as compared with the SDCM steel hot stamping die not ion nitrided.
