不同灌溉处理对大蒜氮代谢的影响

摘要 【目的】为大蒜合理灌溉提供理论基础。【方法】在大田条件下,以“徐蒜918”为材料,在大蒜生长过程中设置了5次灌溉,1~5次灌溉为处理组,以不灌溉为对照组,分析不同处理对大蒜氮代谢的影响。【结果】大蒜根系GS和GOGAT活性在处理间无显著差异,但4次灌溉处理(W4)能够提高大蒜叶片内的NR、GOGAT、GS、GDH酶活性及根系内的NR与GDH酶活性,5次灌溉处理(W5)氮代谢酶的活性进一步升高,且叶片与根中NO_(3)^(-)、NH_(4)^(+)、游离氨基酸及脯氨酸含量达到最低水平,而可溶性蛋白含量增加。【结论】大蒜对水分的需求比较严格,按照大蒜生育期需水规律进行灌溉有利于提高大蒜氮代谢水平,避免水分胁迫对大蒜生长所造成的为害。 【Objective】To provide a theoretical basis for irrigation management in garlic.【Method】The irrigation treatments were conducted with the garlic cultivar"Xusuan 918"in a field condition.Five times of irrigation were set up in the growth process of garlic.The five irrigation treatments were irrigated for 1~5 times respectively,with no irrigation as the control,the effects of different treatments on nitrogen metabolism of garlic were analyzed.【Result】The activities of GS and GOGAT in root of garlic were not affected by different irrigation treatments.However,the activities of NR,GOGAT,GS,GDH in leaves and the activities of NR and GDH in roots all improved with the treatment of 4 times of irrigation(W4).Under the treatment of 5 times of irrigation(W5),the N-metabolizing enzymes were further increased,the contents of NO_(3)^(-),NH_(4)^(+),free amino acids and proline in leaves and roots decreased to the lowest level while soluble protein content increased.【Conclusion】Garlic has a strict demand for water.Irrigation application is beneficial to promote nitrogen metabolism according to the water requirements of different garlic growth periods,and avoid the harm caused by water stress to the growth of garlic.
