摘要
甘肃省临泽县建有大型灌区1个、中型灌区5个,灌区管理中传统手段占据主导地位,信息化建设技术落后。在新发展阶段,灌区建设面临难得的发展机遇,为抢抓国家推动乡村振兴、农业农村现代化的重大战略机遇,保障粮食安全,文章围绕确保农业稳产增产,科学推进灌区现代化建设,分析当前灌区建设中存在的问题,明确新阶段推进灌区现代化建设的工作思路、目标任务及对策措施。
Linze County of Gansu Province has one large-scale irrigation area and five medium-sized irrigation areas. Traditional means has been playing a leading role in the management of irrigation areas, while IT-based technology development has been lagging behind. In the new development stage, the development of irrigation areas is facing new development opportunities. In order to seize the major strategic opportunity of promoting rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization, and to guarantee food security, this paper focuses on stabilizing and increasing agricultural production, as well as promoting the modernization of irrigation areas. It analyzes the problems existing in the current development of irrigation areas, and defines the approaches, objectives, tasks and countermeasures for promoting the modernization of irrigation areas in the new stage.
