摘要
利用1985-2020年的年度数据,通过平稳性检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应和方差分解分析,研究财政金融支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的影响。结果表明:财政金融支持乡村振兴均能促进共同富裕,且财政支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的影响力更大、贡献度更高。但是,财政金融支持乡村振兴对促进共同富裕的贡献度都低,并没有完全发挥出来。最后,提出把农民增收摆在更加突出的位置、夯实产业振兴基础、强化生态建设等政策建议。
Using the annual data from 1985 to 2020,this paper studies the impact of fi nancial support for Rural Revitalization on promoting common prosperity through stationarity test,Granger causality test,impulse response and variance decomposition analysis.The results show that fi nancial support for Rural Revitalization can promote common prosperity,and financial support for Rural Revitalization has a greater influence and contribution to promoting common prosperity.However,the contribution of financial support to Rural Revitalization to promoting common prosperity is low and has not been fully brought into play.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions,such as increasing farmers'income in a more prominent position,consolidating the foundation of industrial revitalization and strengthening ecological construction.
