摘要
体外模拟循环系统是心室辅助装置研发的重要测试平台。为了实现体外模拟循环系统中气动模拟左心室压力的控制,从密封容器腔气体压力和温度微分方程以及电比例阀节流口流量公式出发,建立了气动模拟左心室装置完整的数学模型,设计了基于双闭环反馈的模拟左心室压力控制器。控制器和模拟左心室模型在MATLAB/Simulink软件中进行了联合数值模拟。数值模拟的结果表明,模拟左心室压力控制误差小,验证了气动模拟左心室装置及其压力控制方法的可行性。
The extracorporeal mock circulatory system has become an important test platform for the development of ventricular assist devices.To realize the pressure control of the pneumatic mock left ventricle for a mock circulatory system,the gas pressure and temperature differential equations for the sealed vessel and the throttle's flow formula of the electric proportional valve were adopted to establish the complete mathematical model of the pneumatic mock left ventricle device.And then a double closed-loop feedback controller was designed to accurately control the pressure of the mock left ventricle.The controller and the mock left ventricle model were jointly simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the control error of the left ventricular pressure is small,which verifies the feasibility of the pneumatic mock left ventricle device and its double closed-loop pressure control method.
