摘要
目的:评价消化性溃疡导致上消化道出血患者应用云南白药治疗的效果。方法:选择2020年8月-2021年8月就诊的68例消化性溃疡导致上消化道出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各34例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予云南白药治疗,将两组消化性溃疡导致上消化道出血患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、住院时间、红细胞计数(RBC)与血红蛋白(HGB)进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的RBC、HGB高于对照组,但是两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消化性溃疡导致上消化道出血患者应用云南白药治疗的效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 68 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer treated from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Yunnan Baiyao treatment. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, length of hospital stay, red blood cell (RBC) count and hemoglobin (HGB) of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The length of hospital stay of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). RBC and HGB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer is remarkable and worthy of popularization and application.
