摘要
目的:探讨丁苯酞注射液在救治急性脑梗死老年患者中的意义。方法:选取贵州航天医院2020年6月-2021年6月救治的42例确诊急性脑梗死患者,经盲选法随机分为观察组和对照组,各21例,两组均结合患者实际情况制定治疗方案。两组均使用阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀治疗。观察组在此基础上再应用丁苯酞注射治疗。治疗后对神经功能、疗效等进行对比分析。结果:在治疗后14 d和2个月后,观察组神经功能、神经功能缺损评分、巴塞尔指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液运用在急性脑梗死老年患者的治疗中,效果明显,能改善受损的神经系统功能障碍。
Objective: To explore the significance of Butylphthalide Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Forty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The neurological function and efficacy after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: After 14 days and 2 months of treatment, the neurological function, neurologic impairment score and Barthel index of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction, Butylphthalide Injection has obvious effect and can improve the impaired neurological function.
