摘要
建筑供热智能化运维和绿色低碳技术有助于实现国家碳达峰和碳中和战略目标。城镇供热行业应在现有管网和运行方式上深挖供热潜能,提高能源利用效率。燃气锅炉系统中设置烟气深度余热回收系统,对烟道进行节能增效改造,供热系统采用热回收技术提取烟气中的余热,可降低供热系统成本。分析结果表明,余热回收后排烟温度降至30℃以下,天然气供热效率可提升10%~15%,可以最大限度地节约资源、减少污染,推动生态绿色。
In response to the national strategic direction of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and achieve the goal of intelligent operation and reduce carbon emissions,the urban heating industry needs to tap the heating potential in the existing pipe network and operation mode to improve energy usage effi⁃ciency.The deep waste heat recovery system of flue gas is installed in the gas boiler system,and the en⁃ergy saving and efficiency improvement of the flue is carried out.The residual heat in the flue gas is con⁃verted into the heating system,which can reduce the operating cost of the heating system.The result analysis shows that the exhaust gas temperature drops below 30℃after the waste heat recovery,the heat⁃ing efficiency of natural gas can be increased by 10%~15%,as much as possible saving resources and reducing pollution,and promoting ecological green.
