摘要
综述了小米的营养组成、营养特点和加工特性,以及目前在婴幼儿食品中的研究进展、应用状况、存在的问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望,以期为小米在婴幼儿食品中的开发应用提供科学参考。
In this paper,the nutritional composition,nutritional characteristics and processing characteristics of millet were summarized,and the research progress,application status and existing problems of millet as infant food were reviewed,and the prospect of its development was discussed,in order to provide a scientific reference for the development and application of millet in infant food.
