大数据分析在高校精准化就业服务模式中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国高等教育快速发展,高校毕业生数量呈现逐年递增的趋势。而在就业方面,由于存在结构性矛盾、理念偏差、信息不对称等问题,导致“人职匹配度”不高,即使毕业生勉强初次就业,很快也会由于不适应性过大而辞职或失业。因此,近几年高校毕业生就业工作难度急剧加大、就业形势复杂严峻。将大数据分析技术应用到就业指导工作中,一方面能精准预测和分析各专业大学生的就业与择业思想行为,对其进行精准化、层次化、清晰的就业指导;另一方面能向用人单位精准推送与需求职位相匹配的毕业生,以实现人职精准对接,提高就业成功率。文章从目前高校毕业生就业工作的现状和问题入手,对大数据分析技术在高校精准化就业服务模式中的应用进行研究,拟探寻更为有效的精准化就业服务模式,提升高校就业工作的成效。研究表明,基于大数据分析技术的高校精准化就业服务模式,能够有效提高毕业生的就业“人职匹配度”、提高就业成功率,在很大程度上解决高校毕业生就业难的问题。研究建议,高校应该创新就业工作思维,主动迎接大数据时代的挑战和机遇,努力发掘大数据分析技术在就业工作中的深层次应用,通过完善精准化就业服务模式,提高高校就业服务能力和质量。 With the rapid development of higher education in China,the number of college graduates increases year by year.In terms of employment,due to structural contradictions,conceptual deviations,information asymmetry and etc.,resulting in inadequate degree of“person-job matching”.Even if the graduates get a job for the first time,they will soon resign or lose their jobs because of inadaptability.Therefore,in recent years,the employment of college graduates has become more difficult,and the employment situation is more complicated and severe.The application of big data analysis technology to employment guidance,on the one hand,can accurately predict and analyze the employment and career choice of college students in various majors,while can provide accurate,hierarchical,and clear employment guidance for students.On the other hand,it can precisely push graduates matching the positions in demand to employers,so as to realize precise connection between people and jobs and improve the success rate of employment.Starting with the current situation and problems of college graduates’employment,this paper studies the application of big data analysis technology in the precise employment service mode of colleges and universities,in order to explore a more effective precise employment service mode and improve the effectiveness of college employment.The research shows that the precise employment service mode of colleges and universities based on big data analysis technology can effectively improve the employment of degree of“job-job-matching”,improve the success rate of employment,and solve the problem of difficult employment of college graduates to a large extent.The research suggests that colleges and universities should innovate their employment thinking,take the initiative to meet the challenges and opportunities in the era of big data,strive to explore the deep application of big data analysis technology in employment,and improve their employment service ability and service quality by improving the precise employment
