摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT诊断宫颈癌的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年9月至2021年9月该院需要行彩色多普勒超声与多层螺旋CT诊断宫颈癌的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为彩色多普勒超声组和多层螺旋CT组,各50例。分别采用2种方法进行检查。比较2组患者误诊的例数和患者的诊断符合率。结果多层螺旋CT诊断符合率(92.00%)高于彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率(88.00%);多层螺旋CT组Ⅰb、Ⅱa、Ⅱb期误诊例数均明显少于彩色多普勒超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查方便、移动性好,并且能进行动态观察。多层螺旋CT比彩色多普勒超声准确率要高,2种方式都有各自的优点,在临床上结合使用更好。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients who needed color Doppler ultrasonography and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of cervical cancer in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2021 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into color Doppler ultrasound group and multi-slice spiral CT group,with 50 cases in each group.Inspection was checked using two methods,to compare misdiagnosed cases and satisfaction rate of patients.Results The coincidence of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis(92.00%)was higher than the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis(88.00%).AtⅠb stage,Ⅱa stage and stageⅡb,misdiagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT group were less than those of color Doppler ultrasonography group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound was convenient,and had good mobility and dynamic observation,while multi-slice spiral CT had higher accuracy than color Doppler ultrasonography.The both methods had their own advantages,and were better used in clinical combination.
