摘要
某特种汽车在执行需提供脱密文件任务期间,发现二桥转向失效,二桥转向油缸和二桥右侧轮胎损坏。经检查发现二桥转向油缸紧固螺栓脱落,止动片错位,销轴脱落,二桥转向助力油缸活塞杆耳环与轮胎内侧接触磨损,影响了车辆的正常行驶。针对转向助力油缸紧固方式进行分析,提出改进优化方案,杜绝了类似问题的发生,提高了特种汽车转向的可靠性。
During the mission of a special vehicle,it was found that the steering of the second bridge was invalid,and the steering cylinder of the second bridge and the tire on the right side of the second bridge were damaged.After inspection,it was found that the fastening bolt of the steering cylinder of the second bridge fell off,the stopper was misplaced,the pin shaft fell off,and the earrings of the piston rod of the power steering cylinder of the second bridge were worn in contact with the inner side of the tire,the normal driving of the vehicle was affected.Based on the analysis of the fastening mode of the power steering cylinder,an improved optimization scheme is proposed,which eliminates the occurrence of similar problems and improves the steering reliability of special vehicles.
