摘要
苏北人民医院借鉴德鲁克目标管理理论为日间手术开展设立目标、手段激励、考核控制、员工参与,并在流程改进、医保报销、软硬件设施等方面给予充分的支持,使得日间手术的数量和质量都显著提升,缩短了患者平均住院日,规范了医疗服务行为,提高了医疗服务效率与服务品质,有效提升了患者满意度和社会美誉度。但还需要在奖惩标准、护理绩效、内在动力、监督评价体系等方面进行完善和调整。
The reference to Drucker’s target management theory of day surgery of Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital in setting goals,means of incentives,assessment control,employee involvement,and offers full support in the aspects such as the process improvement,medicare reimbursement,software and hardware facilities,so the quantity and quality of day surgery were significantly increased,shortened the average hospitalization days,standardized the medical service,improved the medical service efficiency and service quality,effectively improved the patients’ satisfaction and social reputation.However,the standards of rewards and punishments,nursing performance,internal motivation,supervision and evaluation system and other aspects need to be improved and adjusted.
