摘要
针对目前国内城市轨道交通车辆电气系统标准化程度低、备件繁多、智能化程度不高等问题,基于系列化中国标准地铁列车的顶层设计原则,进行了地铁列车电气系统调研与新技术应用研究,围绕用户需求开展了不同车型电气系统及部件的接口规范化、性能及功能简统化和标准化等设计工作,完成了系列化中国标准地铁列车电气系统平台研制,实现了电气系统的智能化、可配置化和功能性能升级,更安全、更智能、更节能的电气系统平台可为系列化标准地铁的推广应用和智慧城轨的建设奠定基础。
In view of the problems of low standardization,variety of spare parts and low intelligence of the electrical system of domestic rail transit vehicles,based on the principles of top-level design of the serialized China standard metro train,the technical application of the electrical system of the subway vehicle was investigated,and the application of the new technology on the subway vehicle was analyzed.The interface specification for the electrical system components of different models was formulated,and a unified standard for the function and performance of the electrical systems of different models was realized,the serialized China standard subway train electrical system platform has been developed,which realized the intelligence,configuration and functional performance upgrade of the electrical system.A safer,smarter and more energy-efficient electrical system platform can lay the foundation for the promotion and application of serialized standard metro train and the construction of smart urban rail.
