摘要
近年来关于胃肠道癌症(GICs)的基础及临床研究取得了诸多进展,但GICs仍是导致全球癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一,给社会医疗带来巨大负担。作为天然药物中的单体成分之一,桦木酸(BA)因其较好的抗肿瘤特性而备受关注,文章从抑制GICs细胞增殖、抑制GICs细胞侵袭与转移、诱发GICs细胞凋亡、启动GICs细胞自噬、抑制GICs干细胞以及增敏GICs相关治疗药物6个方面对BA作用于GICs的已知机制进行综述。
Despite considerable advances have been made in basic and clinical studies,gastrointestinal cancers(GICs)remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide,placing a heavy burden on social healthcare system.As one of the monomer components in natural medicine,betulinic acid(BA)has attracted wide attention because of its anti-tumor properties.This paper reviews the existing mechanisms of BA action on GICs from six aspects:inhibiting cell proliferation,inhibiting cell invasion and metastasis,inducing cell apoptosis,initiating cell autophagy,inhibiting stem cells,and sensitizing GICs-related therapeutic drugs.
