贯流式机组扩容增效改造稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 许多贯流式水轮发电机组投产运行较早,上、下游梯级电站的建设,导致发电水头下降,机组效率下降达不到设计出力,电站大量弃水,以百龙滩电站水轮发电机组的扩容增效改造为例,对比分析了机组改造前后的稳定性和扩容增效情况。通过改造,解决了机组低水头振动大,达不到设计出力的问题,使电厂安全运行,增加机组过流量和出力,减少电站弃水,提高水力资源利用率,提升机组的稳定性。机组改造效果良好,可为相似的贯流式机组改造工作提供参考。 Many tubular hydrogenerator sets were put into operation long ago,and the construction of upstream and downstream cascade power stations led to the decrease of generating head,the decline of unit efficiency could not reach the designed output,and a large amount of water was abandoned at the power station.Taking the capacity expansion and efficiency improvement of the hydrogenerator set of Bailongtan Hydropower Station as an example,the stability and efficiency before and after the transformation are compared and analyzed.Through the transformation,the problems of low head vibration and low design output of the unit are solved,so that the power plant can operate safely,increase the overflow and output of the unit,reduce the abandoned water of the power station.The utilization rate of hydraulic resources and the stability of the unit are also improved as well.The retrofit effect of the unit is good,which can provide reference for the similar retrofit of tubular units.
