摘要
目的 探讨FMEA在消化内镜规范化消毒管理中的应用。方法 抽取我院内镜中心418件消化内镜纳入研究,2019年4月至2020年4月实施常规消毒,2020年5月至2021年4月实施FMEA管理,比较风险优先指数、内镜消毒、及消化内镜目测、生物学检测合格率。结果 试验组消毒预处理、镜体及附件清洗、漂洗及消毒不合格率低于对照组(p<0.05)。试验组表面、活检孔道、吸引器管道及操作部旋钮检测阳性率均低于对照组(p<0.05)。试验组目测、生物学检测总合格率高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 基于FMEA理念的风控管理可提高消化内镜清洗、消毒环节合格率,有利提高消毒管理水平。
Objective To explore the application of FMEA in the standardized disinfection management of digestive endoscope.Methods A total of 418 digestive endoscopes in our hospital’s endoscopy center were randomly selected as the research objects.Routine disinfection was performed from April 2019 to April 2020,and FMEA management was implemented from May 2020 to April 2021.The Risk Priority Number and the pass rate of endoscope disinfection,digestive endoscope visual inspection,and biological test were compared before and after FMEA was implemented.Results The unqualified rate of digestive endoscope disinfection pretreatment,mirror body and accessories cleaning,rinsing and disinfection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).The positive detection rate of digestive endoscope surface,biopsy hole,suction tube and operation knob in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).The total pass rate of digestive endoscope visual inspection and biological test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Risk management based on the concept of FMEA can effectively improve the pass rate of cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes,and is conducive to improving the level of disinfection management.
