摘要
目的 探讨疫情常态化防控下儿童专科医院运营现状与管理策略。方法 以浙江省某儿童医院为例,选取财务数据与业务数据,采用趋势分析法、比率分析法等方法,从资源效率和收支结构两方面进行分析。结果 疫情常态化防控下医院医疗服务量、医疗资源利用率、收支结构等均有稳步回升,但仍未恢复至2019年同期水平。结论 医院应积极寻求儿科政策性倾斜,优化医疗资源配置,寻求儿科医疗新增长点,以绩效考核为导向,优化医院运营环境。
Objective To discuss the operation status and management strategies of children’s hospitals under normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Taking a children’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example,the financial data and business data were analyzed using the methods of trend analysis and ratio analysis.Results Under the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic,the medical service volume,medical resource utilization rate and revenue and expenditure structure all recovered steadily,but not to the same level in 2019.Conclusion The hospital should actively seek policy support,optimize the allocation of medical resources,seek new growth points of pediatric medical services,and optimize hospital operation support guided by performance appraisal.
