创新扩散理论下的系统健康教育对2型糖尿病胰岛素自我注射不良事件及血糖控制的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Systemic Health Education Based on the Innovative Diffusion Theory on the Adverse Events of Insulin Self-injection and Blood Glucose Control in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨创新扩散理论下的系统健康教育对2型糖尿病胰岛素自我注射不良事件及血糖控制的影响。方法选择2020年1—12月2型糖尿病胰岛素自我注射患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合创新扩散理论下的系统健康教育,4周干预后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组不良事件发生率、血糖控制水平及知晓率。结果观察组护理后4周不良事件发生率为4.00%,低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046);两组护理后4周血糖水平均低于护理前,且观察组护理后4周FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后4周胰岛素注射相关知识、糖尿病饮食原则、运动指导、自我监测、低血糖反应预防知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.263、6.383、4.000、4.891、5.005,P<0.05)。结论创新扩散理论下的系统健康教育用于2型糖尿病胰岛素自我注射中能降低不良事件发生率,有助于控制患者血糖,提高患者知晓率,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the influence of systemic health education based on the innovation diffusion theory on the adverse events of insulin self-injection and blood glucose control in type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes with insulin self-injection from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group combined systematic health education under the innovation diffusion theory on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the patient’s effect was evaluated,and the incidence of adverse events,blood glucose control level and awareness rates of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group 4 weeks after nursing was4.00% lower than that of the control group 16.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P=0.046).The blood glucose levels of the two groups were lower than before the nursing in 4 weeks after nursing.the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 weeks after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rates of insulin injection-related knowledge,diabetes diet principles,exercise guidance,self-monitoring,and hypoglycemia prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 4 weeks after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.263,6.383,4.000,4.891,5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion System health education based on the innovation diffusion theory used in insulin self-injection for type 2 diabetes can reduce the incidence of adverse events and help control the patient’s blood glucose,and improve the awareness rate of the patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
