摘要
提高潜艇内多杆传动机构的运行可靠性十分必要,考虑铰接间隙的传动机构动态特性研究对系统方案设计、工厂生产建造、问题和故障分析等意义显著。为有效提高潜艇多杆传动机构的设计质量,在方案设计初期、装备运行和后续故障处理等过程中,应采用科学合理的评估分析方法。本文针对潜艇典型多杆传动机构,提出了考虑间隙的典型多杆传动动态响应分析方法,为工业部门技术人员开展装备质量提升设计提供了参考。
It is necessary to improve the operational reliability of the multi-bar transmission mechanism in submarine.The research on the dynamic characteristics of the transmission mechanism considering the hinged clearance is of great significance to system scheme design,factory production and construction,problems and fault analysis.To effectively improve the design quality of submarine multi-bar transmission mechanism,scientific and reasonable evaluation and analysis methods should be adopted in the initial stage of scheme design,equipment operation and subsequent failure treatment.In this paper,the dynamic response analysis method of typical multi-bar transmission considering clearance is proposed for the typical multi-bar transmission mechanism of submarine,which provides a reference for technical personnel in industrial departments to carry out equipment quality improvement design.
