摘要
现有技术在军用集成电路序列号测试时需要人工读取电路序列号,测试序列号的提取需要裸眼正确识别并正确输入到测试机中,易出错且效率低。军用集成电路结构多为对称分布,无论正向放置或反向放置均可放入插座,有放反风险,需要人工裸眼识别并核对电路放置方向。一旦方向错误(放反),就有可能造成集成电路的损坏甚至报废。人工手动完成识别序列号耗时费力,严重影响测试产出效率。通过机器视觉技术,模拟人的视觉功能,从客观事物的图像中提取信息,进行处理并加以理解,最终用于实际检测、测量和控制,既能避免因人而异的检测结果,减小误差,又能提高测试效率和准确度。
The existing technology needs to read the circuit serial number manually when testing the military integrated circuit serial number.The extraction of the test serial number needs to be correctly identified by naked eye and input into the test machine,which is error-prone and inefficient.The structure of military integrated circuit is mostly symmetrical distribution,and it can be placed into the socket regardless of forward or reverse placement.It requires manual naked eye identification and verification of the placement direction of the circuit,which has the risk of reverse discharge.Once the wrong direction(reversed),it is possible to cause integrated circuit damage or even scrap.Manual identification of serial number is time-consuming and laborious,which seriously affects the test output efficiency.Machine vision technology can be used to simulate human visual function,extract information from images of objective things,process and understand it,and finally realize actual detection,measurement and control.It can not only avoid different detection results and reduce error,but also improve efficiency and accuracy.
