摘要 在供电企业市场营销中,优质服务作为其中重要部分,能够有效提升企业经济效益和社会效益,同时也直接决定着市场营销效果,在企业可持续发展中发挥重要作用。随着近年来电力市场改革的不断推进,供电企业需要加大营销力度,提高自身营销水平,使用户实际需求得以满足的情况下,进一步拓展市场范围,切实保障企业的经营发展。因此,供电企业需要对先进市场营销理念及优质服务内涵提高认识,并在市场营销中有效运用,使电力营销工作得以顺利开展。因此,需要对新发展形势下的电力市场营销新观念及优质服务应用加大研究力度。本文结合电力市场营销内涵及特点,对电力市场营销的新观念及市场营销优质服务应用进行分析和探讨。 In the marketing of power supply enterprises,high-quality service,as an important part,can effectively improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise,and also directly determines the marketing effect and plays an important role in the sustainable development of the enterprise.With the continuous advancement of the power market reform in recent years,power supply companies need to increase their marketing efforts and improve their own marketing level,so as to further expand the market scope and effectively ensure the business development of enterprises under the condition that the actual needs of users can be met.Therefore,power supply enterprises need to improve their understanding of advanced marketing concepts and high-quality service connotations,and use them effectively in marketing,so that power marketing can be carried out smoothly.Therefore,it is necessary to intensify the research on the new concept of electricity marketing and the application of high-quality service under the new development situation.Combined with the connotation and characteristics of power marketing,this paper analyzes and discusses the new concept of power marketing and the application of high-quality marketing services.
