摘要
目的分析高校女生原发性痛经采用中药内服与穴位针刺联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月广西中医药大学赛恩斯新医药学院收治的70例原发性痛经女生作为观察对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各35例。观察组采用中药内服联合穴位针刺,对照组采用中药内服。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状评分、治疗前后痛经疼痛。结果观察组的临床总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前和治疗后1个月观察组和对照组的中医症状评分和疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、3个月,观察组的中医症状评分低于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高校女生原发性痛经采用中药内服与穴位针刺联合治疗的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of college girls.Methods A total of 70 female college students with primary dysmenorrhea from September 2019 to September 2020 in Faculty of Chinese Medicine Science Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture,and the control group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and the dysmenorrhea pain intensity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in symptom score and pain score between the observation group and the control group before and one month after treatment(P>0.05).At two and three months after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pain score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of college girls is effective and worthy of popularization.
