快递末端自提网点选址及快递柜配置优化

摘要 为改善由快递自提点分布不均和快递柜数量设置不合理带来的快递末端配送问题,以北京城市副中心第五组团地区为研究对象,利用集合覆盖模型与层次分析法构建模型,根据快递量数据进行快递柜自提网点选址及快递柜数量配置优化,希望为快递自提无接触配送建设与发展提供一定参考。 In light of the problems encountered in endpoint express delivery caused by uneven distribution of express self-pickup outlets and unreasonable configuration of express cabinets,and with the area five of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center as the research object,we used the set coverage model and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the location of the self-pickup outlets and the configuration of express cabinets based on the data of express delivery business volume,which hopefully would provide certain reference for the construction and development of the non-contact express delivery and self-pickup network.
