摘要
阐述了在国家提倡货物运输“公转铁”提速增效的背景下,企业铁路专用线如何结合区域运输市场需求,运用相关管理策略,为铁路运输提供新的动力,调整交通运输结构,降低物流成本,提高物流效率。
In this paper,we expounded,in the context of the highway to railway shift in freight transportation advocated by the state in a bid to increase speed and enhance efficiency,how the special railway lines were used by the companies to meet regional transportation market demand and how under appropriate management strategies,they provided new driving force for the development of railway transportation industry,adjusted the transportation system,reduced logistics cost,and improved logistics efficiency.
