摘要
文中结合旧宫集贤地区装配式住宅楼项目,对工程施工中存在的重点难点及关键性施工节点进行了分析总结,针对施工中存在的问题提出了预防与处理措施,解决了预制构件吊装安全及快速就位、预埋钢筋定位精度管控、预制墙板安装和支撑稳定性、灌浆施工密实度和强度质量等一系列问题,保障了工程的施工效率。
Combined with the project of assembling residential building in Jixian district of Jixian district, the key and difficult points and key construction nodes in the construction are analyzed and summarized. It solves a series of problems such as hoisting safety and quick positioning of prefabricated members, positioning accuracy control of embedded reinforcing bar, stability of installation and support of prefabricated wallboard, density and strength quality of grouting construction, and ensures the construction efficiency of the project.
