摘要
依据Mixture模型和标准k-ε模型,利用北京云超级计算中心对斜板沉淀池内的流场、流态进行模拟计算,对计算所得到的不同位置剖面的速度矢量图、湍动能图等进行分析后,可以看出流体由进水管进入沉淀池后,向四周扩散时,在配水区、斜板之间以及斜板上方形成不同大小的漩涡,在沉淀池内部流动过程中,漩涡消失,流速降低,其湍动能等在此期间逐渐减小,水流的湍流状况减少,固液两相逐渐分离,达到沉淀的效果。
In this paper,based on mixture model and standard K-εBased on the model,Beijing cloud Supercomputing Center is used to simulate the flow field and flow pattern in the inclined plate sedimentation tank.After analyzing the velocity vector diagram and turbulent kinetic energy diagram of sections at different positions obtained from the calculation,it can be seen that when the fluid enters the sedimentation tank from the inlet pipe and diffuses around,vortices of different sizes are formed in the water distribution area,between and above the inclined plates.In the flowing process in the sedimentation tank,the vortices disappear,and the flowing speed decreases.The turbulent kinetic energy gradually decreases during this period,the turbulence of the water flow decreases,and the solid-liquid two phases gradually separate to achieve the effect of sedimentation.
