摘要
胡国华教授认为不孕症的发生、发展及演变均与患者体质密切相关,其主要病因病机以体质易感为本,同时与月经失调、精神因素紧密相关,提出运用“三调法”治疗,即调体、调经、调神。非经期以调节患者体质为主,如痰湿质以健脾化痰为主,阳虚质以温补脾肾之阳为主、阴虚质以滋补肝肾之阴为主,气虚质以补气养血为主,瘀血质以活血化瘀为主。经前或经期以调经为主,调经常用温经、清经、调经、通经、益经、摄经六法。调神贯穿整个治疗过程,主要从心肝着手,在调体或调经的基础上参以养心安神、疏肝解郁等。
Professor Hu Guohua believes that the occurrence,development and evolution of infertility are closely related to a patient’s constitution.Accordingly,he maintains that its etiology and pathogenesis are mainly rooted in one’s physical susceptibility,and closely related to menstrual disorders and mental factors as well.Therefore,he proposes to treat the disease with the“three-regulation method”,namely by regulating the constitution,the menstruation and the mind of a patient with infertility.As a consequence,in a non-menstrual period,a patient is mainly treated by regulating her constitution,such as invigorating the spleen and dissipating phlegm for a patient with the phlegm-dampness constitution,warmly invigorating the spleen and kidney yang for one with the yang-deficiency constitution,nourishing the liver and kidney yin for the yin-deficiency constitution,benefiting qi and nourishing blood for the qi-deficiency type,while promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis for the blood-stasis constitution.While before or during a menstrual period,regulating menstruation is taken as a priority,which usually involves the six methods of warming,clearing,adjusting,dredging,benefiting and consolidating.Thirdly,regulating the mind runs through the entire treatment process,which is mainly done from the heart and liver.To be specific,methods such as nourishing the heart and calming the mind,dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and others are employed on the basis of regulating the constitution or menstruation.
