煅烧千枚岩陶粒在热阻沥青路面中的应用研究

摘要 为研究千枚岩作为热阻材料在沥青路面中的应用,将天然的千枚岩进行煅烧后,对上面层0.3~0.6、0.6~1.18和1.18~2.36 mm档集料由细到粗逐档替换,并在前一档集料替换成煅烧千枚岩陶粒最佳比例的基础上,研究下一档集料的替换量,测试了路用性能与降温效果。研究结果表明:在保证路用性能的基础上,与未掺煅烧千枚岩陶粒的AC-13路面相比,当0.3~0.6、0.6~1.18和1.18~2.36 mm档集料中煅烧千枚岩陶粒的替换比例依次为100%、75%和50%时,阻热约为5℃;对于AC-13全部集料,3档集料每替换1%降温分别为0.425、0.357和0.322℃,而且细粒径集料对热阻的影响更加显著,粗粒径集料对路用性能影响更加显著。因此替换比例需要综合考虑路用性能的衰减后再加以确认。 In order to study the application of thermal resistance material of phyllite in asphalt pavement,natural phyllite was calcined.The aggregates of 0.3~0.6,0.6~1.18 and 1.18~2.36 mm in the upper layer were replaced from fine to coarse.On the base of replacing the previous grade of aggregate with the optimal ratio of calcined phyllite ceramsite,the replacement amount of the next grade of aggregate was studied.The road performance and cooling effect were tested.The results show that on the base of ensuring the road performance,the replacement ratio of calcined phyllite ceramsite is 100%,75%and 50%among the 0.3~0.6,0.6~1.18 and 1.18~2.36 mm,the heat resistance is about 5℃;For all the aggregates of AC-13,the temperature reduction is 0.425℃,0.357℃and 0.322℃respectively when the 3 grade aggregates replaced by 1%.Furthermore,influence of fine-grained aggregates on thermal resistance is more obvious,and coarse one on road performance is more obvious.Therefore,the replacement ratio need be confirmed after comprehensively considering the attenuation of road performance.
