摘要
基于高层装配式混凝土结构建筑,详细研究了施工时预制构件的场内运输和构件吊装问题。针对预制柱、叠合板以及梁在吊装施工时的要点,提出新的预制柱翻身技术、垂直度斜支撑调整设备、预留钢筋定位技术以及叠合板吊运设备等,有效提升施工效率,增强施工安全性。
Based on the high-rise prefabricated concrete structure building,the site transportation and hoisting of prefabricated components during construction are studied in detail.According to pile of internal components by means of software simulation optimization,precast column,composite plate and beam in the main points of the hoisting construction,it is put forward the new technique of precast column turn and verticality inclined support adjust equipment,reserve reinforced location technology,and composite plate lifting equipment,so as to enhance the construction efficiency and strengthen the construction safety.
