摘要
冠状动脉CTA模拟血流储备分数(computed tomography angiography-derived fractional flow reserve,CT-FFR)是一种基于冠脉CT血管成像(coronary CT angiography,CCTA)影像资料而计算血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve,FFR)的新技术。克服了有创FFR的局限性,并与FFR有良好的相关性。已有多项国际多中心研究对CT-FFR进行了研究,作为评估冠心病的“看门人”,对评估冠状动脉缺血病变起着重要作用。本文就CT-FFR的技术原理、临床研究及其对于冠心病的诊疗进行综述。
Computed tomography angiography-derived fractional flow reserve(CT-FFR)is a new technique to calculate the flow reserve(FFR)based on the image of coronary CT angiography(CCTA).It not only overcomes the limitation of invasive FFR,but also has good correlation with FFR.Many international multicenter studies have been carried out on CT-FFR.As a gatekeeper for diagnosing coronary heart disease,CT-FFR plays an important role in the evaluation of coronary artery ischemia.This paper reviews the technical principles,clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease by CT-FFR.
