摘要
推荐一个综合性有机化学实验:二羟基吩嗪磺酸的制备与电化学测试。以3,4-二氨基苯磺酸为原料,与2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯醌进行缩合反应得到二羟基吩嗪磺酸,核磁共振氢谱确定分子结构,循环伏安法测试其在不同条件下电化学性质。该综合实验将有机合成与电化学分析测试相结合,满足有机化学实验和电化学实验的要求,也开拓学生的视野和培养学生创新能力。
A comprehensive Organic Chemistry experiment,preparation and electrochemical test of dihydroxyphenazine sulfonic acid,was recommended.Dihydroxyphenazine sulfonic acid was prepared by reaction of 3,4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid with 2,5-dihydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone.The molecular structure was determined by ^(1)H NMR and its electrochemical properties were tested by cyclic voltammetry under different conditions.The comprehensive experiment combined organic synthesis with electrochemical analysis and testing,met the requirements of Organic Chemistry experiment and electrochemical experiment,and also expanded students'vision and cultivates students'innovative abilities.
