基于SDBS在土壤中吸附的教学实验方法

摘要 为了践行成果导向的教育理念,设计教学实验探究表面活性剂淋洗石油污染土壤处理过程中,表面活性剂的残留及二次污染问题,以阴离子表面活性剂SDBS为研究对象,探究其在土壤界面的吸附影响因素及吸附规律,考察温度、pH及土壤有机质含量等关键影响因子对土样吸附SDBS的影响,结果表明SDBS在土壤中的吸附动力学过程适合用准二级动力学模型,等温吸附过程可以用Langmuir等温吸附模型描述。培养了学生实验设计、数据处理、解决实际问题的能力。 In order to carry out the results-oriented education concept,teaching experiments were designed to explore the residual and secondary pollution of surfactant in the process of surfactant leaching of oil-contaminated soil.The adsorption of anionic surfactant SDBS on soil interface was studied,and the effects of temperature,pH and soil organic matter content on the adsorption of SDBS on soil samples were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption kinetics of SDBS in soil can be described by a quasi-second-order kinetic model and the isothermal adsorption process can be described by a Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Students'ability of experiment design,data processing and solving practical problems were trained.
