摘要
燃料电池汽车作为氢能应用的重要场景,其能量供应体氢气质量的优劣至关重要,氢气中总硫要求控制在4 ppb以下。由于硫化物含量极低,直接采用常用的测定硫化物的检测器无法直接进样分析,需要进行浓缩的预处理,大大降低了检测效率。针对这一问题,通过实验研究,采用自主研发的增强型火焰光度检测器,建立了相应的定量分析方法,可以实现直接进样就可分析出结果。
As an important scenario of hydrogen energy application,the quality of hydrogen as its energy supplier is very important.The total sulfur in hydrogen is required to be controlled below 4ppb.Because the sulfide content is very low,the common detector for sulfide determination can not be directly injected for analysis,and the concentration pretreatment was required,which greatly reduces the detection efficiency.To solve this problem,through experimental research,using the self-developed enhanced flame photometric detector,the corresponding quantitative analysis method was established,which can analyze the results directly.
