摘要
目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清半乳凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、转位因子蛋白(TSPO)水平及意义。方法:选取2017-12~2019-12河南省职工医院收治的125例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象。检测急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平,并分析二者与病情及预后的关系。结果:急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。重度组患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平明显高于中度组及轻度组,中度组患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平明显高于轻度组(均P<0.05)。预后不良患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平明显高于预后良好患者(P<0.05)。血清Galectin-3、TSPO评估患者预后的AUC分别为0.856、0.826,二者联合检测的AUC为0.932,高于两者单独检测。Logistic回归分析显示糖尿病、NIHSS评分、Galectin-3、TSPO与患者预后不良关系密切。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平明显升高,检测血清Galectin-3、TSPO水平有助于急性缺血性脑卒中病情及预后评估。
Objective:To investigate the level and significance of serum Galectin-3 and translocator protein(TSPO)in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:125 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO were measured in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and the relationship between them and the condition and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO in patients with acute ischemic stroke were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate group and the mild group,and the serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO in the moderate group were significantly higher than those in the mild group(all P<0.05).The serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO in patients with poor prognosis were significantly higher than those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).The AUC of serum Galectin-3 and TSPO were 0.856 and 0.826 respectively,and the AUC of combined detection was 0.932,which was higher than that of single detection.Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,NIHSS score,Galectin-3 and TSPO were closely related to poor prognosis.Conclusion:The serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO in patients with acute ischemic stroke are significantly increased.Detection of serum levels of Galectin-3 and TSPO is helpful to the assessment of the condition and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke.
