摘要
目的探讨消渴健脾胶囊联合西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法选取2018年5月—2020年6月在南阳市第九人民医院治疗的98例T2DM患者,根据入院单单双号将其分为对照组与试验组,各49例。对照组采用西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采用消渴健脾胶囊治疗,两组均治疗12周。观察两组治疗12周的疗效与T2DM综合控制目标达标率;比较两组治疗前、治疗12周的血糖与胰岛素(INS)水平[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、INS]、血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]。结果治疗12周,观察组的总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(77.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周,观察组T2DM综合控制目标达标率为(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FPG、2 h PG、GHb、INS、TC、TG水平低于治疗前,观察组FPG[(5.87±1.04)mmol/L]、2 h PG[(10.69±1.05)mmol/L]、GHb[(5.83±0.97)%]、INS[(7.46±1.06)μU·mL]、TC[(5.78±1.71)mmol/L]、TG[(1.94±0.65)mmol/L]低于对照组[(6.89±1.15)mmol/L、(12.47±1.11)mmol/L、(6.58±1.15)%、[(8.63±1.27)μU·mL]、(6.87±1.81)mmol/L、(2.27±0.76)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消渴健脾胶囊联合西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗T2DM可提高疗效,改善患者的糖脂代谢与INS水平。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiaoke Jianpi capsule combined with Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods Totally 98 patients with T2 DM treated in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were prospectively selected,according to the odd or even number of admission list,the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoke Jianpi capsule on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The curative effect and target compliance rate of T2 DM comprehensive control of the two groups were observed at 12 weeks of treatment;The plasma glucose insulin(INS)levels[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHb),INS]and blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)]of the two groups were compared before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(77.55%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the target compliance rate of T2 DM comprehensive control in the observation group(93.88%)was higher than that in the control group(79.59%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of FPG,2 h PG,GHB,TC and TG in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the FPG[(5.87±1.04)mmol/L],2 h PG[(10.69±1.05)mmol/L],GHb[(5.83±0.97)%],INS[(7.46±1.06)μU·mL],TC[(5.78±1.71)mmol/L]of the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(6.89±1.15)mmol/L,(12.47±1.11)mmol/L,(6.58±1.15)%,[(8.63±1.27)μU·mL],(6.87±1.81)mmol/L,(2.27±0.76)mmol/L],with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Jianpi capsulecombined with Sitagliptin Phosphate/metformin Tablets in the treatment of T2 DM can increase
