摘要
乌梁素海流域位于黄河“几”字湾顶端,是黄河的“自然之肾”,其生态环境直接关系到黄河中下游的水生态安全。本文针对乌梁素海的管理及水环境污染现状,通过借鉴国内外水环境管理的成功经验、分析乌梁素海流域水环境数据体系,构建了一套流域水环境精准治理决策模型,依据流域的水循环体系和实际特征,评估了研究区域的水环境现状并提出相应的改善措施,旨在为当地的水环境治理与保护工作提供支持。
The Ulansuhai Basin is located at the top of the“Ji”character bay of the Yellow River,which enjoys the fame of the“kidney of nature”of the Yellow River.Its ecological environment is directly related to the water ecological security of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.Aiming at the current status of the management and water pollution of the Ulansuhai,a set of decisionmaking models for accurate water environment governance in the basin are constructed by drawing on the successful experience of water environment management at home and abroad and analyzing the water environment data system of the Ulansuhai Basin.According to the water cycle system and actual characteristics of the basin,the current status of the water environment in the study area is evaluated and corresponding improvement measures are proposed,aiming to provide support for the local water environment management and protection.
