摘要
目的研究针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效及其对面神经功能的影响。方法选取2019年9月-2021年9月我院收治的64例周围性面瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在其基础上加用中医针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、面部症状(Portmann评分、面部对称性)、面神经功能[House-Brackmann分级(HBGs)评分、多伦多分级(TFGS)评分]及面部残疾指数(FDI)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Portmann评分、面部对称性评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HBGs评分低于对照组,TFGS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组FDI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切,可改善患者的面部症状及面神经功能,促进面部功能恢复。
Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis and its effect on facial nerve function.Methods A total of 64 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,facial symptoms(Portmann score,facial symmetry),facial nerve function[House-Brackmann grading(HBGs)score,Toronto grading(TFGS)score]and facial disability index(FDI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Portmann score and facial symmetry score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The HBGs score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the TFGS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FDI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve the facial symptoms and facial nerve function,and promote the recovery of facial function.
