摘要
地表水监测是地表水监测管理、决策的基础,可以提供有效的数据支撑。基于此,针对地表水监测技术规范和要求,科学设置检测步骤,加强地表水监测评价管理,分析问题及其成因,并提出了有效的应对措施,以供参考。
Surface water monitoring is the basis of surface water monitoring management and decision-making,which can provide effective data support.Based on this,according to the technical specifications and requirements of surface water monitoring,scientific detection steps were set up,surface water monitoring and evaluation management is strengthened,problems and their causes were analyzed,and effective countermeasures were put forward for reference.
