摘要
湿模态是储液容器动力学特性的真正表征,准确的模态分析是避免此类结构发生共振的基础。借助有限元软件基于声固耦合算法进行了某塔釜持液塔器的的湿模态分析,得到了其前三阶固有频率和振型。与现行NB/T 47041中的方法进行了比较,二者在高阶的计算结果差异较大,后者的计算结果偏于不安全。
Wet mode is the real characterization of the dynamics characteristics for liquid storage containers,and accurate modal analysis is the basis for avoiding resonance of this kind of structure.In this paper,the wet modal analysis of a tower holding liquid in its kettle was carried out based on the sound structure coupling algorithm and by using finite element software.The first three natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.Compared the results obtained from mentioned method above with that from the methods in the standard NB/T 47041,there exists relatively large differences in high-order frequencies,and the results from the latter are unconservative.
