摘要
目的为提升急性肾衰竭患者的临床治疗效果,研究分析血液净化治疗急性肾功能衰竭的价值。方法选取120例本院于2018年10月至2019年11月收治的急性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,将患者一般资料导入计算机,应用计算机随机分组法将患者分为对照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60),给予对照组患者非血液净化的方式进行治疗,研究组患者连续肾脏替代疗法进行治疗,收集两组患者治疗前后的临床信息并加以分析,比较两组患者治疗前后BUN、Scr、HCO_(2)、PaO_(2)、HR、住院时间、VAS评分以及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前各项指标均无明显差异,数据对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者临床症状以及各项指标均有不同程度的改善,但研究组患者BUN、Scr、HR均低于对照组,两组患者数据对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);HCO_(2)、PaO_(2)均高于对照组,两组患者数据对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组在住院时间、VAS评分以及并发症发生率方面均得到明显改善,经过对比,研究组患者住院时间、VAS评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组数据对比差异明显,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实践中,通过对急性肾衰竭患者行血液净化治疗,能够有效改善患者临床症状以及相关指标情况,有效提高治疗效率,同时还能缩短住院时间,减轻患者疼痛情况以及并发症的发生,促进患者身体康复,在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。
Objective In order to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with acute renal failure,the value of blood purification in the treatment of acute renal failure was studied and analyzed.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute renal failure treated in our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.The general data of the patients were imported into the computer,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60).The patients in the control group were treated by non bloodpurification,patients in the study group were treated with continuous renal replacement therapy.The clinical information of the two groups before and after treatment was collected and analyzed.BUN,Scr,HCO_(2),PaO_(2),HR,hospitalization time,VAS score and complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in all indexes between the two groups before treatment,and the data comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms and various indexes of the two groups were improved to varying degrees,but the bun,Scr and HR of the study group were lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);HCO_(2) and PaO_(2) were higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the hospitalization time,VAS score and complication rate of the study group were significantly improved.After comparison,the hospital stay,VAS score and complication rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,through the blood purification treatment for patients with acute renal failure,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and related indicators,effectively improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the pain and com
