摘要
液化气体汽车罐车都设置有液位计,用于控制罐车的最大充装量,保证罐车安全运行。侧装式浮球液位计是近年来新出现的产品,在检验过程中发现存在示数不准、支撑结构断裂等缺陷。针对侧装式浮球液位计检验过程中发现的问题进行了讨论,并对目前的液位计检验装置和检验侧装式液位计存在的难点进行了分析,指出研制现场专用检测装置是下一步的研究方向。
Liquid level gauges are installed on road tankers for liquefied gas to control the maximum filling volume and ensure the safe operation of the road tankers. The side-mounted floating ball liquid level gauge is a new product in recent years. During the inspection,defects such as inaccurate indication and fracture of support structure were found. This paper discusses the problems of side-mounted floating ball liquid level gauges,analyzes the difficulties existing in the current liquid level gauge inspection device and the inspection of side-mounted floating ball liquid level gauge. It is pointed out that the development of field inspection device is the next research direction.
